Connect your association to AI

Connect your membership administration to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, and ask your questions in plain language. As far as we know, Ledenboek is the first association software to offer this.

What is this exactly?

You can safely connect Ledenboek to an AI assistant via the open MCP protocol. From then on you no longer ask your questions through menus and filters, but simply in everyday language — as if you were asking a fellow board member.

"Who hasn't paid the membership fee yet?" or "How many members joined this year?" — you get a clear answer right away, with the figures included.

Step by step

Activate the connection

In Ledenboek, under Account settings, switch on the AI connection. You get your own personal address with your access key in it.

Add the connection in your AI assistant

Add the connection (via the open MCP protocol) in Claude or ChatGPT, using your personal key.

Ask your question in plain language

Ask, for example, who hasn't paid yet, or how many members joined this year. You get an answer right away.

Example questions

"Who hasn't paid the membership fee yet?"

"How many members joined this year?"

"Give an overview of the board."

"Which invoices are still outstanding?"

"Which members joined this year?"

"How much did we spend on the last activity?"

Safe and within the rights of your role: the AI sees no more than you are allowed to see yourself, and your data stays in Ledenboek. Read more on the page about AI membership administration.
