How does automatic direct debit work for membership fees?

The member gives a one-time digital mandate. After that, the association collects the membership fee automatically at the agreed moments, for example annually or quarterly. In Ledenboek you request mandates digitally via a link, and the system generates the SEPA direct debit files or processes the direct debit directly via Mollie.

What if a member does not pay the membership fee?

Can members pay with iDEAL?

Yes. Every invoice and payment request contains a link that lets the member pay directly with iDEAL via Mollie. The payment is automatically recorded against the member, so the treasurer no longer has to retype anything.

Can I use different membership fee amounts per membership type?

Yes. You create a separate rate per membership type, for example for youth members, family members or honorary members. Tiered pricing based on joining date is also possible: anyone who joins halfway through the season automatically pays a lower amount.

Déposer vous-même auprès de votre banque

• Vous demandez d'abord un identifiant créancier à votre banque et signez un contrat de domiciliation.
• Chaque mois, vous récupérez le fichier de prélèvement dans Ledenboek et le chargez auprès de votre banque.
• Cela doit se faire quatre à cinq jours ouvrables avant la date du prélèvement, sinon toute la série est décalée.
• Vous voyez les rejets sur votre relevé bancaire et les reportez vous-même dans Ledenboek.
• Vous conservez vous-même la preuve de chaque mandat, avec la date et la signature.
• Un fichier de prélèvement ne permet que la domiciliation SEPA. Pas de carte de crédit, pas de PayPal, et vous ne pouvez pas l'utiliser pour un membre sans compte bancaire européen.
