Two different products
First, the honest story: ClubCollect and Ledenboek are not one-to-one replacements for each other. ClubCollect is a payment collection platform. It sends payment requests, follows up by email, text message and letter, and offers payment plans. Ledenboek is complete association management software. Member administration, membership fee collection, bookkeeping, board roles, committees, audit committee, events and a member portal in one system.
The overlap is in collecting membership fees. That is why associations compare us, and why this page exists.
The pricing model
Ledenboek
A fixed annual fee based on your number of members. From €99 per year for up to 50 members. No per-transaction fees from Ledenboek, no per-member fees. Unlimited invoices, reminders and emails. You do pay transaction fees to your payment provider: with Mollie €0.32 per iDEAL payment or €0.35 per direct debit, or your own bank's rates if you submit the SEPA direct debit file there.
ClubCollect
A fee per member per month (from ±€0.14 on Standard up to ±€0.55 on All-in) plus fees per transaction (±€0.15 to €0.25 per iDEAL payment or direct debit). Member administration and the member portal are separate modules (±€0.07 and ±€0.08 per member per month). Text and postal reminders cost extra. All rates exclude VAT.

† The subscription plus €0.32 per iDEAL payment with Mollie and our own fee of 2% of the amount paid, at one payment per member per year and a membership fee of €30. With a higher fee our 2% weighs more heavily. This column used to be missing here, which skewed the comparison: for ClubCollect we did count their transaction fees. ClubCollect rightly pointed that out. If you submit the SEPA direct debit file to your own bank, those costs are usually lower, in the order of €0.09 to €0.18 per direct debit.
* Invoicing and collection only: the Standard package at €0.14 per member per month plus €0.25 per transaction, at one collection per member per year. Without member administration and without a member portal.
** What you need to match what Ledenboek does. With ClubCollect, member administration (€0.07) and the member portal (€0.08) are separate modules; together €0.29 per member per month plus transaction fees. With Ledenboek both are included in the fixed fee.
Indication based on ClubCollect's public price list, checked in July 2026. Their rates exclude VAT, which an association usually cannot reclaim; in that case add 21%. With monthly or quarterly collection the transaction fees increase further, while the Ledenboek fee stays the same. Always check current prices with ClubCollect directly.

For that fixed fee, Ledenboek does not just handle collection, but your entire association:

Your member data remains yours
There is one more difference you will not find on a price list, and it concerns where your data and your money end up.
With Ledenboek, your members live in your own environment. Direct debits go straight to the association's bank account: you download a SEPA direct debit file to submit to your own bank, or you collect via Mollie into your own account. No membership fee money passes through our hands. With a collection platform, the money by definition does flow through the platform and is paid out to the association afterwards.
And perhaps most importantly: we never use your members' or your board's data to approach them commercially. Not ourselves, and we do not sell or share it with others. Your member database is not a revenue model; the subscription is.

Vous pouvez appeler du lundi au vendredi entre 9h00 et 17h00, au 084 833 2125. Pas de file d'attente ni de menu vocal ; vous avez au bout du fil la personne qui l'a construit. Si la ligne est occupée, laissez un message ; on vous rappelle le jour ouvrable même. En dehors des heures de bureau et pendant les vacances, il n'y a pas de remplaçant, cela passe alors par e-mail.
Où sont vos données
- ✓ Tout se trouve dans l'UE. Les serveurs sont chez Hetzner en Allemagne
- ✓ Chaque prestataire qui travaille pour nous est lui aussi dans l'UE, aux Pays-Bas, en Allemagne ou en Irlande. Aucun transfert en dehors
- ✓ Les fichiers des membres ne sont ni vendus, ni loués, ni utilisés pour proposer quoi que ce soit à vos membres
- ✓ Les cotisations vont directement sur le compte de l'association, pas par nous
- ✓ Vous pouvez exporter vous-même votre fichier des membres complet à tout moment
Le contrat de sous-traitance est en ligne, avec les six prestataires nommés et leur localisation. Une association doit l'avoir ; vous n'avez pas besoin de le demander.
When ClubCollect is the better choice
Fair is fair. Choose ClubCollect if:
- → your member administration is already well organised elsewhere (for example in your sports federation's software) and you only need a collection partner
- → you want to outsource the entire debtor process, including text message reminders, postal payment reminders and payment plans for members who are short on money
- → you collect in Belgium or Germany with local payment methods such as Bancontact
